Summary: Solana Sniper Bot - Automatic is a non-custodial decentralized application. We DO NOT collect, store, sell, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). We NEVER access or store your private cryptographic keys. All transaction data remains strictly on your local device.

1. Non-Custodial Architecture & Zero Personal Data Collection

Solana Sniper Bot - Automatic is designed in strict accordance with decentralized non-custodial principles. The application does not require user accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or government identity documentation. We do not track personal identities or associate blockchain activity with individual persons.

2. Private Keys and Wallet Security

The application NEVER creates, accesses, requests, or stores your private cryptographic keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. All blockchain transactions (DEX swaps, token purchases, and sales) are authorized and signed exclusively via your external self-custody wallet (such as Phantom Wallet). Your cryptocurrency funds remain under your absolute control at all times.

3. Local Storage on Device

All configuration settings (such as your chosen liquidity filters, take-profit thresholds, slippage tolerance, and connected public wallet address) and historical trade records are stored exclusively on your local Android device using an encrypted local SQLite database (Room Database) and Android SharedPreferences. No trading records or strategy parameters are sent to private developer cloud servers.

4. Third-Party Network Services

To provide real-time blockchain execution, the application interacts directly with public decentralized APIs and nodes:

Solana JSON-RPC Nodes (api.mainnet-beta.solana.com or user-configured custom RPC endpoints) to query on-chain account balances and broadcast signed transactions.
DexScreener Public API to monitor real-time token liquidity pools and market pricing.
Jupiter DEX Aggregator API (quote-api.jup.ag) to calculate optimal token swap routing and decentralized AMM pricing.

5. User Control & Instant Data Deletion

Users maintain full sovereignty over their data. You can instantly erase all locally stored trade logs and cached data at any time by tapping "Clear Trade History" or "Disconnect Wallet" inside the app. Uninstalling the application completely removes all associated application files from your device.

6. Prohibition of On-Device Cryptocurrency Mining

In strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, this application DOES NOT perform on-device cryptocurrency mining, nor does it utilize mobile hardware (CPU, GPU, or battery) for proof-of-work mining calculations. The application functions solely as an automated transaction routing client.
